Overview

Accounts Payable Technician position in Montreal East. Languages: French, English (communication with suppliers in Ontario). Salary range: 24$ - 26$ per hour. Location: Montreal East. 37.5 hours per week. 3 month contract with the possibility of extension. Hybrid work model. Quick start date. Dynamic team at a reputable company. Immediate availability and experience with accounts payable are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Full accounts payable cycle
• Invoicing (high volume of invoices) / Receipts
• Monitoring accounts payable statements
• Preparing and issuing payment batches
• Managing expense accounts and credit cards
• Any related tasks connected to the position

Qualifications

• Experience within a large corporation
• Significant experience in accounts payable (high volume)
• Bilingual in English and French (to communicate with suppliers)
