Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist (NetSuite) – Remote/Ontario, Canada

We’re working with a well-respected non-profit organization that is looking to bring on a Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist with strong NetSuite experience. This is a remote-friendly contract role, expected to last approximately 8 weeks, with the potential to transition into a full-time permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process high-volume Accounts Payable transactions accurately and on time
• Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Manage weekly payment runs and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Support the accounting team with clean and consistent NetSuite usage

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite is a must
• Strong AP processing skills with attention to detail
• Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
• Available to commit to an immediate start

Preferred for Full-Time Consideration:

• Broader accounting experience (e.g., month-end, reconciliations)
• Experience working in a non-profit or charitable organization
