Job Description

What you’re responsible for:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Supervisor to oversee our accounting processes, financial analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will combine technical accounting expertise with leadership skills to manage a team, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive financial efficiency across the organization.

  • Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
  • Supervising monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Providing actionable insights to support strategic business decisions.
  • Supervising, mentoring, and developing a team of accounting professionals.
  • Coordinating with external auditors during annual audits and address any audit findings.
Qualifications

To join our team:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA certification preferred).
  • You have 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial analysis, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • You are proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • You have proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • You have strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • You are commited to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
