Overview

Title : Accounting Analyst

Location : Saint-Laurent

Salary : 70-80K

Responsibilities
  • Maintain, monitor and reconcile GL accounts, including but not limited to cash, bank reconciliations, prepaid expenses, accounts receivable, accounts payable and accrued liabilities
  • Identify problems and errors, investigate discrepancies
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Prepare and maintain government remittances / deposits, accounts receivable, expenses, accounts payable and payroll transactions
  • Set up files, assist in the completion of budgets
  • Complete administrative planning and other aspects of accounting work
  • Prepare payments to suppliers for approval
  • Perform month-end and quarter-end closing process
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and improve work processes
  • Other related tasks
Qualifications
  • BAC / DEC in Accounting or other relative experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar role
  • Experience working with D365 or other ERP Systems (an Asset)
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Bilingual (an Asset)
