As a Value Added Reseller (VAR) for Siemens PLM Software, Maya HTT specializes in CAE-based simulation, engineering services, software training, migration, implementation, custom development, and consulting.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an Accountant to join our finance team. The role involves supporting month-end processes, managing daily financial tasks such as overseeing payment runs, assisting with invoicing, and processing payroll for our subsidiaries in the UK and France.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support full-cycle month-end close activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit card expenses, and account reconciliations.
  • Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports.
  • Oversee weekly accounts payable payment runs, bank portal payments, and maintain cash flow requirements.
  • Prepare and update monthly financial reporting packages with the support of the Assistant Controller.
  • Assist during the audit process.
  • Process payroll for employees in the UK and France, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Manage benefits programs across the UK and France, including health insurance, pensions, and other employee offerings.
  • Serve as a backup for payroll processing and benefits administration in the US and Canada.
  • Organize and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience managing accounting for a multi-entity structure
  • Experience handling payroll
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Passion for learning and adaptability to new systems in a dynamic environment
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and French, with regular interaction with colleagues, suppliers, and customers internationally
