A leading payment processing company in Canada is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage strategic relationships with partners in the Distribution Partnerships channel. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of sales experience, including 3+ years in partner or account management. Responsibilities include driving revenue growth, ensuring partner satisfaction, and executing retention strategies. You will manage and nurture strategic relationships with a portfolio of Partners within the Distribution Partnerships channel. You will be the primary contact for assigned partners, driving revenue growth, ensuring partner satisfaction, and aligning partner strategies with organizational goals. You will support the Manager, Account Management, Partnerships in the ongoing account management strategy with the assigned distribution ISV partnerships portfolio. We are looking for strong communication skills across all levels, both internally and externally, along with exceptional relationship‑building, organizational, and time management capabilities. You will proactively identify opportunities to cross‑sell and upsell Moneris products and services, develop and execute retention strategies, and maintain long‑term, trusted relationships with partners. By conducting regular account reviews and collaborating with our teams to deliver tailored solutions, the Account Manager will help drive revenue growth and ensuring partner satisfaction.
Location: You will be based in our Etobicoke office, balancing in‑office collaboration with remote flexibility.
