About the Role

This is a long-standing well established employer - generally viewed as the LEADER in their field. Known as a good place to work with low employee turnover and offering good work-life balance. This person will partner with Automotive OEM and Tier I accounts, embedded themselves into the customer's engineering and purchasing teams. Working on new programs understanding design and manufacturing challenges, and proposing innovative solution for value added assemblies. Backed by product development engineering and quotations teams internally, this position leverages expertise to find solutions that add value and reduce cost.

Qualifications
  • Two years of automotive parts manufacturing experience with some experience in program, project, product management or sales/account experience
  • A willingness to learn unique products and processes, to become a knowledge expert
  • A desire to meet and serve customers, developing close relationships and trust
  • A willingness to travel to customer sites 1-2 days per week
  • Achieve results, through hard work and by becoming the customer's trusted partner
