NPC DataGuard is seeking an Account Manager to drive sales in the small-to-medium business sector. The ideal candidate will be proactive in generating leads and managing client relationships while achieving sales targets. We have an immediate job opening for an Account Manager. This role will be responsible for developing sales opportunities selling to a targeted professional market in the small-to-medium business segment. Through consultative sales and Client needs assessments, you will develop new accounts and increase sales in existing accounts.

This role is about taking initiative and driving the sales process from start to finish. You know there are no shortcuts - success comes from consistent outreach and follow-through. You love making the calls and sending the emails it takes to get the decision-maker on the phone.
You are highly self-motivated and proactive in generating your own leads, managing your sales pipeline, and ensuring consistent activity to drive results.
You are organized. A follow-up call is always made on time. Just reaching out to see how your Client is doing is part of your success formula.
