What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Promote and sell all products under the employer's umbrella to automotive dealerships
- Provide training and support to dealership personnel regarding Vehicle Service Contracts and CPO programs
- Analyze dealer performance data and recommend best practices for improvement
- Conduct Brand Standards Evaluations at dealerships to ensure compliance with CPO standards
- Develop targeted territory plans to drive new business and enhance performance of existing accounts
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales management or financial services management
- B2B/outside sales experience in an auto-dealer-interfacing capacity
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required; business-related undergraduate degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in a Business Manager role at a dealership
- Prior knowledge of automotive F&I products such as service contracts and prepaid maintenance
- Understanding of dealership operations and insurance products
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Industry designations related to financial services or automotive sales
