Purpose of Job : We are looking for an Account Executive to join our sales team who is a high achiever, disciplined, competitive, self-driven individual. The ideal candidate thrives in a commission-based B2B sales environment and aims to elevate their business development skills with unlimited income potential. The incumbent is responsible for generating profitable growth by selling payment solutions to new users within an assigned territory. They will acquire new relationships and retain and expand existing ones through direct, face-to-face contacts.

Our payment platform supports businesses of all sizes to process payments and authorize transactions.

Key Accountabilities :
  1. Manage an assigned territory and sell payment solutions to new customers.
  2. Acquire new business owner relationships and expand existing ones to meet or exceed sales goals.
  3. Contact and visit prospective customers to identify needs and present suitable solutions.
  4. Identify prospects through multiple channels, including referrals from existing customers, developing a network of community contacts, and participating in marketing or educational seminars.
  5. Maintain and track sales progress to achieve or exceed objectives.
  6. Build and grow relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs).
  7. Negotiate fee structures within company policies.
  8. Inform customers about service setup timelines and expectations.
  9. Participate in sales meetings, skill-building sessions, and coaching.
  10. Adhere to regulatory compliance guidelines.
Qualifications :
  • University or college degree in marketing, accounting, finance, economics, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least two years of outside sales or business development experience with a proven success record.
  • Industry or B2B sales experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work from a home office and have a vehicle for travel within the territory.
Compensation :
  • 100% commission-based with unlimited income potential, building recurring income streams from new accounts.
