A leading global e-commerce company is seeking an Inbound Operations Manager in Cajamar, São Paulo. As an Inbound Operations Manager, you’ll ensure your area runs smoothly to meet its goals. You will lead a team that helps keep operations safe, efficient, and high quality while taking on a number of projects across our network to drive productivity.
- Create, oversee, and drive a culture of safety and wellbeing
- Analyze and implement changes to keep quality and productivity at a consistently high level
- Oversee projects to streamline processes, optimize productivity and increase quality of service for customers within your area of responsibility
- Analyze performance against relevant business objectives, and put in place actions to improve our operational excellence
- Manage Inbound operations, including receive, stow, transfer-in and ISS processes
- Lead and develop a large team of area managers, operations leads and associates (100+ employees) across multiple shifts
- Drive operational excellence through KPI management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control measures
- Optimize resource allocation and labor planning
- Meet productivity targets while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve issues
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Employee and performance management experience
- Advanced English skills
- Data-driven decision making skills
