Operations Analytics Manager
Job summary
A data-driven operations company in Brazil seeks a skilled Operational Analyst to deliver insights using quantitative data. You will measure and optimize efficiency metrics, design item data reporting, and communicate product insights to various teams. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of analytics experience, is proficient in SQL, and knowledgeable in BI tools like Microstrategy and Tableau. Experience in eCommerce or logistics is a plus. This role is pivotal in identifying growth opportunities and driving business performance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of analytics experience.
- Mandatory English proficiency.
- Experience in eCommerce or logistics is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Understand and measure operational efficiency metrics.
- Design and report on item data throughout operational flows.
- Provide product health measurements daily.
- Communicate insights to business partners and leadership.

Tools
You will deliver insights using quantitative data to support our operations business. You will work closely with inventory, logistics, retail, and customer services team within the ops org, and partner with tech and finance teams working with nearly all aspects of our growing business. You will collaborate with operations analysts to understand, measure, and optimize efficiency in our operations, provide clarity of business performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive alignment to focus on the most impactful areas for our company.
- Understand and quantify operational efficiency metrics.
- Design, implement, and report on item data throughout our receiving, authentication, launch and outbound flow.
- Provide key product health measurements and reporting to support the business on a daily basis.
- Communicate product insights to business partner teams and leadership.
- English - Mandatory
- 5+ years analytics experience
- Expert in SQL
- 5+ years of experience with BI tools such as microstrategy, tableau, looker etc.
- Expert in translating between practical problems and technical formulations and solutions
- Proven ability to design and implement time-sensitive strategic projects involving methodology development, analysis, strategic recommendations, and presentation of the findings
- Proven track record of thriving with ambiguity
- eCommerce or logistics industry experience preferred
