A leading global confectionery company is seeking a CPFR Sr. Analyst in São Paulo, Brazil. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving the collaboration model based on data analysis, ensuring optimal replenishment and inventory management. This role requires strong knowledge of supply chain processes, proficiency in CPFR methodologies, and fluency in both Spanish and English. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry are encouraged to apply.
Position Title: CPFR Sr. Analyst
Reports to Title: LATAM Supply Chain Manager
Dept / Function: Demand Planning / Supply Chain
Location: São Paulo (Hybrid format)
Responsible of collaboration Latam CPFR model based on data analysis and KPI’s results (Fill Rate, Days On Hand, In Stock), using CPFR methodology focused to maintain the logistics Indicators on goal, increase sales and create a more efficient value chain process. Link the customer requirements / demand into the HSY Supply Chain in a timely manner in accordance with the commercial promotional activities and calendar.
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain, Operations or equivalent experience. Master’s degree and APICS certification a plus but not required.
Previous experience and have demonstrated proficiency in statistics, CPFR and forecasting methods with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts.
