We're hiring a Senior Graphic Designer who works daily in Figma and designs high-converting landing pages, emails, and paid social ads for e-commerce brands.

This role is performance-focused. You will design assets that drive clicks, conversions, and revenue across the funnel.

Sender Agency is a performance-focused creative agency that has spent the last seven years building and scaling e-commerce brands. We have worked with blue-chip and celebrity-backed companies including Cacti by Travis Scott, Just Water by Will Smith, Alice Mushrooms, and brands backed by Patrick Mahomes.

Our team has launched brands from zero and helped scale existing businesses past $20M in revenue. Design plays a central role in that growth. We care about how things look, but more importantly, we care about how they perform.

We are hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to own landing page design, email design, and paid advertising creative using Figma.

This is a hands-on role for a designer who understands that strong visuals support conversion and that landing pages, emails, and ads must work together as a system.

You will work closely with the founders, media buyers, and copywriters to produce creative that is visually strong, conversion-focused, and built to scale.

• Designing conversion-focused landing pages in Figma for e-commerce brands
• Creating email designs for Klaviyo, including flows and campaigns
• Producing high-volume paid social ad creative for Meta and other platforms
• Maintaining visual consistency across ads, emails, and landing pages
• Iterating quickly using templates, systems, and AI-assisted workflows
• Using AI tools for image generation and rapid creative iteration

Improving creative based on performance feedback such as CTR, thumb-stop rate, and conversion rate

• A senior-level graphic designer with strong taste and performance instincts
• Highly proficient in Figma, especially for landing pages and email systems
• Experienced with conversion-focused design and CRO principles
• Comfortable producing a high volume of work without sacrificing quality
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage your own workload

Clear and professional in written and spoken English

Bonus experience : familiarity with AI-driven creative workflows, basic copywriting instincts, and understanding of Meta ad performance metrics

Working hours aligned with East Coast or Central Time

Fully remote, with preference for candidates based in Latin America
