MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a talented and creative Copywriter with a passion for storytelling and a flair for impactful, engaging content tailored for social media and advertising campaigns. As a core part of our marketing and communications team, you will craft compelling copy that speaks to our audience, builds our brand voice, and drives measurable results across digital platforms.

You will be responsible for producing attention-grabbing headlines, scroll-stopping social media content, and conversion-focused ad copy. If you are someone who understands what hooks an audience and can tailor messaging for different platforms, we would love to hear from you.

• Create, edit, and refine copy for social media posts, digital ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and more.

• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to brainstorm and execute engaging content strategies.

• Translate complex messages into simple, relatable, and persuasive language.

• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.

• Analyze campaign performance and use data-driven insights to optimize messaging.

• Stay current on trends in digital marketing, social media, and copywriting best practices.

• Conduct research and competitor analysis to understand audience behavior and positioning.

• Excellent command of the English language with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.

• Strong writing and editing skills tailored for various digital platforms.

• Familiarity with writing for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other key social channels.

• Ability to understand and implement SEO principles in content creation.

• Knowledge of audience engagement tactics, especially for short-form and paid content.

• Confidence in working with brand guidelines and adapting tone of voice accordingly.

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in copywriting, preferably for social media or digital advertising.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, agency-style or in-house marketing environment is a plus.

• Portfolio of past work, including social media copy, ads, and content that highlights engagement or conversion results.

• Flexible remote hours with core team availability required between 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (GMT/EST).

• Full-time: 40 hours/week

• Part-time: Minimum 20 hours/week with consistent scheduling

• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and consumer psychology

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines with high-quality output

• Proactive, collaborative attitude with excellent communication skills

• Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Trello, Grammarly, and AI-based writing aids
