A leading A/B testing platform is seeking a Senior Marketing Designer who will be the visual voice of the brand in the market. This role focuses on creating high-quality marketing assets that resonate with sophisticated B2C marketers, ensuring they convey Shoplift's unique value. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment, creating compelling visuals that enhance brand perception and drive conversions. Ecommerce brands are under constant pressure to grow revenue while advertising costs climb and competition intensifies. Yet most merchants are flying blind—making decisions about product pages, merchandising, pricing, and offers without ever testing what actually drives conversions. The difference between guessing and knowing can be 15-30% in revenue, but A / B testing has historically been too expensive, too complex, or too slow for most brands.

As Senior Marketing Designer at Shoplift, you'll be the visual voice of our brand in market. You'll create the high-quality lead magnets, ad templates, product marketing materials, and landing page designs that help prospects understand why Shoplift matters—not through words, but through compelling visuals that show, don't tell.
This isn't traditional marketing design work. You're not making generic social graphics or simple banner ads. You're creating sophisticated B2B SaaS marketing assets that need to match the quality bar set by our product design while serving a marketing purpose. Your work needs to stop the scroll, communicate value instantly, and convert prospects into customers.

You'll work closely with our Demand Generation org to understand what campaigns need, what's converting, and what to build next. You'll also collaborate with Product, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to surface the stories and data that make our marketing materials resonate.
You'll contribute immediately—creating assets from week one while learning the product, our customers, and what resonates in market.
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 USD annually
