Qualificações

Main responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform, supporting business processes and enterprise automations
  • Work on global projects, collaborating with international stakeholders and teams
  • Build and evolve applications, workflows, and integrations using native ServiceNow capabilities
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives)
  • Contribute technically to scalable, sustainable solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices
  • Support technical decision-making, ensuring quality, governance, and adherence to defined standards
Requirements and skills

Requirements

For this role, it is essential that you have:

  • Hands‑on experience with the ServiceNow platform
  • Experience working with agile methodologies
  • Advanced English for daily communication in global projects (mandatory)
  • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and CAD and/or at least one CIS
