• Provide clinical and technical support and training on EP mapping and navigation systems
• Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on CAS products and related procedures
• Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to identify potential sales opportunities
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive business growth
• Serve as a regional champion for mapping technology and support staff training

• High school diploma PLUS a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
• OR Associate degree PLUS a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
• OR Bachelor’s degree PLUS a minimum of 2 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the territory
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods

• B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline
• Minimum of four years of work experience in the cardiac field, hospital/clinic, or sales
• Proven track record with technical training assignments
• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
