This role is focused on maintaining and improving a legacy system , resolving customer-reported issues, and ensuring platform stability, with opportunities for incremental enhancements.
- Maintain and enhance legacy SaaS applications built primarily with bare-metal PHP
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues reported by customers
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs using PHP and Python
- Work with AWS-hosted applications and Docker-based environments
- Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and Engineering teams in Agile ceremonies
- Strong experience with PHP (including non-framework / core PHP)
- Backend experience with Python
- Experience building and maintaining REST APIs
- Background supporting enterprise, web-based applications
- Comfortable working in AWS and Docker environments
