A leading crypto exchange seeks a Customer Support Agent to handle inquiries and provide assistance for trading and account issues. The ideal candidate should have experience in online customer support, be fluent in both Portuguese and English, and be familiar with financial services. Responsibilities include resolving disputes, assisting with KYC verification, and adapting to varied work schedules including weekends. This is a full-time remote position based in Brazil.
Qualificações
- Must have online customer support experience, preferably in finance.
- Capable of quickly mastering derivatives trading terminology.
- Must demonstrate patience and resilience in high-tension scenarios.
Responsabilidades
- Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other channels.
- Assist with KYC verification and account security setup.
- Document customer issues and collaborate with technical teams for resolution.
- Communicate platform announcements and risk alerts to customers.
- Adapt to shift schedules and cover target market hours.
- Willing to work weekends and night shifts.

- Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other channels regarding accounts, trading, payments, etc.
- Assist customers with KYC verification, account security setup, and dispute resolution.
- Accurately document and elevate customer issues, collaborating with technical teams for complex cases.
- Stay updated on futures trading rules and promptly communicate platform announcements / risk alerts (training provided).
- Adapt to shift schedules (if required) to ensure coverage during target market hours.
- Willing to work weekends and irregular hours which will include night shifts.
- Have an online customer support experience, and proficiency in tools like Zendesk / LiveChat.
- Fast learner, able to master derivatives trading terminology quickly.
- Patient, resilient, and skilled in de‑escalating high‑tension situations.
- Familiarity with Brazilian / Portuguese user communication styles; finance or customer service experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English is essential.
