- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or business-related field plus 2 years of industry or direct sales experience, or 7 years of successful work experience in industry or direct sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce)
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage productivity in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess a valid state driver’s license and be willing to travel up to 50%
- Experience in the agricultural industry with technical product knowledge
- Proven ability to coach and mentor others effectively
- History of making sound decisions in dynamic environments
- Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools such as Teams and Zoom
- Strong project management skills
