• Provide customer support via calls, emails, and chats, resolving issues and coordinating with appropriate teams
• Conduct training, customizations, and product consultations in collaboration with account management
• Assist sales teams with product pitches, demos, and trial training calls
• Generate relevant content for customers, focusing on market trends and insights for distribution
• Gather customer feedback to identify product opportunities and communicate them across the organization

• Proven experience in a client-facing role with strong rapport-building skills
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to diverse client needs
• Strong analytical skills to simplify complex issues for clients

• Experience in sales support or customer success within a technology-driven environment
