Job summary
A leading online rental agency in Porto Alegre is seeking a motivated individual for a lead generation role. The successful candidate will send qualified outbound messages through Instagram and LinkedIn, manage leads in CRM, and engage in DM conversations. Ideal candidates will have strong written English and communication skills, be organized, and be familiar with social media platforms. This commission-only position provides full training and an opportunity to work closely with the business owner.
Qualifications

- Organised and consistent.
- Comfortable using Instagram & LinkedIn.
- Willing to learn and follow systems.
Responsibilities
- Send at least 200 qualified outbound messages daily.
- Respond to inbound Instagram inquiries.
- Send daily outbound messages on Instagram & LinkedIn.
- Qualify leads through 1-to-1 DM conversations.
- Manage leads via CRM.
- Post Instagram Stories with Call-to-Actions.
- Daily reporting via Slack.
We run two online businesses in the airbnb & short term rental space :
- GrowYourBnb – an established airbnb growth partner agency
- AutomateYourBnb – an online software platform ( on process to be set)
We are looking for a motivated individual to help with lead generation, DM conversations, and appointment setting. Full training will be provided.
- Aiming to send at least 200 qualified outbound messages per day
- Respond to inbound Instagram enquiries and pass it to senior appointment setter to close
- Send daily outbound messages on Instagram & LinkedIn
- Adding new strategy with new ways to find leads (using Google or AI)
- Qualify leads through 1-to-1 DM conversations (training provided)
- Manage and track leads via CRM.
- Post Instagram Stories with Call-to-Actions
- Daily reporting via Slack
- Work directly with the business owner.
- 5 days per week
- 8 hours per day
- UK time focused
- Open to all experience levels
- Previous outbound lead generation or appointment setting experience is a bonus
- Have worked on sales before or enjoy doing sales.
- Have at least worked on a DM offer previously.
- Strong written English
- Confident communicator
- Organised and consistent
- Comfortable using Instagram & LinkedIn
- Willing to learn and follow systems
Rewards: Commission Only & No Base.
