Were currently looking for a Part-time Account Manager someone whos not afraid to jump in, experienced enough to operate independently, and sharp-minded when it comes to nurturing and growing digital client relationships.

Your Role
  • Deep understanding of platforms & offerings : Develop a strong grasp of Uniqlo Agencys digital ecosystem and how we create value for clients.
  • account management & relationship building : Youll manage your own client portfolio, ensuring they consistently receive what they need even before they ask.
  • Growth 7 retention : Proactively seek upsell opportunities, expand contracts, and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
  • Problem-solving : You dont shy away from tough calls and know how to handle crises smartly and efficiently.
  • Performance tracking & reporting : Provide data-driven insights and recommend actions based on real evidence not gut feelings.
  • Cross-functional collaboration : Work closely with internal teams like marketing, product, and tech to keep campaigns on track.
  • Adaptability : Nothing is set in stone here be ready to embrace change and propose process improvements when needed.
You Are
  • A seasoned account professional with 34 years of hands-onlyzing data, understanding customer behavior, and suggesting appropriate actions.
  • A self-starter with strong time management skills no micromanagement needed.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and remote work software.
  • Improvement-minded not just following processes, but always looking for ways to do things better.
  • A team player with battlefield spirit : knowing when to support and when to lead.
