Build recurring USD income as Steadfast's Growth Partner

Steadfast is seeking entrepreneurial sales professionals from Latin America to join us as independent Growth Partners. This is not a job: it's a business partnership where we build long-term recurring revenue together.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a B2B independent contractor partnership. No employment relationship is created. Partner is responsible for own business expenses and taxes.

About Steadfast

We provide Infrastructure-as-a-Service for fast-growing tech companies through our unique Pod model: dedicated teams of senior engineers delivering enterprise-grade DevOps at rates that make sense for SMBs and Series A/B startups. Our clients are companies who need reliable infrastructure without the $140k+ cost of US-based hires.

Founded by engineers with decades of experience at large corporations, Steadfast's goal is to make enterprise-grade infrastructure accessible to growing companies.

The Partnership Opportunity

Commission Structure:

  • Months 1 to 12: 10% of MRR ($500/month per $5k client)
  • Months 13 to 18: 5% of MRR ($250/month per $5k client)
  • Total over 18 months: $7,500 from one $5k/month client

Our clients' MRR typically ranges from $5,000 to $10,000, with most landing around $6,500.

Portfolio Income Potential (during year 1):

  • 5 active clients: $2,500-5,000/month
  • 10 active clients: $5,000-10,000/month
  • All commissions paid in USD

Note: Commission drops to 5% in months 13 to 18 of each client relationship

Payment Terms: Commissions are paid monthly within 15 days of client payment receipt to Steadfast.

Scope of the Partnership

As a Growth Partner, you'll focus on the critical first stage of our sales process:

  • Identify and contact qualified prospects (CTOs, VPs Engineering, CFOs)
  • Execute email and outreach campaigns using our formatted templates
  • Qualify leads according to our Ideal Customer Profile
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and Steadfast leadership
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
  • Provide weekly market intelligence and feedback

Your role is to engage decision-makers and get them excited enough to take a 30-minute call with our CTO. We handle the technical demos and closing from there.

Partnership Requirements
MUST HAVE:
  • Registered business entity (CNPJ, MEI, RUC, RUT, RFC, NIT, or equivalent)
  • Ability to issue proper B2B invoices to US company
  • Fluent English (written and spoken—this will be tested)
  • Proven B2B sales experience with verifiable results
  • Self-motivated and comfortable with 100% commission structure
  • Reliable internet and professional home office setup
STRONGLY PREFERRED:
  • SaaS or technical services sales experience
  • Familiarity with technical buyer personas (CTOs, VPs Engineering)
  • HubSpot, Apollo.io and Sales Navigator experience
  • Understanding of DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or IT services
  • Consultative selling background (vs. transactional)
  • Resilient to rejection (B2B SaaS requires 50+ touches per deal)
  • Available for some overlap with US business hours (EST/PST)

Success Metrics for Our Partnership
  • Initial 90-Day Milestone: We'll partner closely with the goal of securing your first client within the first 90 days. This serves as a key checkpoint to ensure the partnership is mutually successful.
  • Ongoing Target: 2 qualified meetings per month minimum
  • Conversion Rate: 20 to 30% meeting-to-client (we actively support you to achieve this)
  • Weekly Commitment: Flexible hours, but consistent effort required

Note on Client Retention: If a client churns within the first 90 days, commission clawback provisions apply per partnership agreement. Details will be provided during selection process.
