We are currently looking for a Salesforce Release Manager to work in a Remote position for a 6+ month with possible extension job opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the liaison between Product Owners and Salesforce development teams
• Ensures user stories are complete, tested, approved, and ready for release
• Manages Salesforce deployments and release pipelines using Copado CI/CD
• Enforces CI/CD best practices and release governance standards
• Maintains complete, audit-ready technical and release documentation
• Coordinates testing activities and release approvals
• Plans and executes release cycles with a focus on quality and stability
• Supports system maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Ensures scalability, compliance, and performance of Salesforce environments

Required Experience & Skills

• Experience in IT, systems analysis, or application delivery
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce Release Management
• Strong understanding of business processes and how systems support them
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies (Kanban preferred)
• Experience working with SaaS applications and packaged software
• Strong planning, estimation, and analytical skills
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA SD / OTC is a plus
• Knowledge of PriceFx is a plus
