A technology product company is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for building cloud-based camera products. The role emphasizes mentoring engineers, driving technical strategy, and collaborating across departments. The ideal candidate has strong cloud technology experience and excellent communication skills. This position offers flexibility in work arrangements and a competitive salary range of $107,000 to $179,000.

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers responsible for building the end-to-end experiences and capabilities of our camera product family (Hudl Focus). These autonomous cameras utilize edge AI to automatically track game-day action and upload footage to the cloud. The software team is responsible for the application and integration layers running on each device, the cloud, and our mobile app.
As an Engineering Manager at Hudl, you’ll:

The base salary range for this role is displayed below. Starting salaries typically fall near the middle of this range. We base compensation on experience, skills, and education in line with internal pay equity practices. This role is eligible for a long-term incentive (LTI) award, with bonuses based on individual and company performance at Hudl’s discretion.
Base Salary Range: $107,000 — $179,000 USD
