We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist with strong English skills (C1+) for a full-time remote role. Our client is a fashion e-commerce brand (clothing & accessories) targeting the U.S. market, based in Dubai.
- 5 working days per week, rotating days off
- Shifts between 08:00 - 16:00 CAT
- Communicating with customers via chat, email, and calls
- Handling order‑related inquiries, returns, and delivery issues
- Making cold calls to customers who left negative feedback
- Daily reporting on tasks, creating and managing invoices
- Maintaining CRM records (Zoho)
- Following internal KPIs and quality standards
- 1+ year of customer support or related experience (e.g., e‑commerce, Instagram shop management, B2B)
- English at C1 level or higher
- Experience with Zoho or similar CRM is a plus
- Responsible, detail‑oriented, and organized
- 20 paid day‑offs
- Access to internal education and knowledge bases
- Fully remote work format
