Now hiring: Risk Management Analyst to work locally in Greenville, SC.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable professional to join our team. This role supports claims processing, insurance compliance, safety programs, and data analysis in order to keep operations safe and efficient.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
Pay Rate: $23.80
Job Duties:
· Administer Risk Management software systems and generate custom dashboards and reports
· Enter and track incidents (Property, Liability, Workers’ Compensation, ADA)
· Assist with claims investigation support and coordinate documentation with insurance carriers
· Manage subrogation and restitution efforts not handled by the TPA
· Ensure compliant Certificates of Insurance (COIs) are collected and properly recorded
· Assist in developing and maintaining risk policies, safety programs, and OSHA documentation
· Coordinate return-to-work efforts and advise on workers’ compensation procedures
· Act as a liaison for department safety committees and incentive programs
· Perform other risk and safety-related duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
· **Must pass a comprehensive background check**
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Insurance, Safety, or a related field.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and RMIS/reporting software
· Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments
Preferred Qualifications:
· 1+ year of experience in claims, risk management, or RMIS software
· Certifications such as ARM, RPA, or CSP are a plus
· Experience with SaaS-based RMIS platforms using XML, SQL, or Java
