We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently handling incoming and outgoing shipments, organizing and maintaining inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized warehouse environment. You will also be required to operate warehouse machinery and vehicles in a safe manner.

1. High school diploma or GED equivalent.
2. Proven experience as a Warehouse Associate or similar role.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
5. Familiarity with warehouse software systems, such as inventory management software.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
8. Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines.

1. Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or invoices.
2. Inspect and sort all items received, ensuring they are in good condition.
3. Place received items in designated storage areas and update inventory records.
4. Prepare outgoing shipments, including picking, packing, and labeling items.
5. Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and maintain proper documentation.
6. Organize and maintain inventory by conducting regular counts and stock replenishment.
7. Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
8. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, following safety guidelines.
9. Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse processes and improve efficiency.
10. Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
11. Report any inventory discrepancies or damaged items to the Warehouse Supervisor.
