• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions across multiple accounts
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
• Reconcile bank statements with internal financial records
• Generate financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets
• Process payroll and maintain payroll records
• Assist in tax preparation and compliance
• Organize and maintain digital financial documents
• Collaborate with the accounting team and management to ensure financial accuracy
• Stay updated on bookkeeping best practices and industry regulations

• You treat numbers like truth and you take pride in keeping financials clean and accurate.
• You feel energized in fast-paced environments and you like when things move quickly.
• You are proactive and you get ahead of problems before they turn into bigger issues.
• You communicate clearly and you can explain financial information in a way that helps the team make better decisions.

• You have less than 2 years of bookkeeping experience
• You’re uncomfortable working independently and without direct supervision
• You have difficulty staying organized in a fast-paced, digital environment
• You’re not proactive about staying current with bookkeeping best practices and regulations
• You move slow.
