We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud Systems Administrator to oversee our SaaS product infrastructure hosted on AWS, Cloudflare, and Google Firebase. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and optimizing our cloud infrastructure to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our SaaS products. Some of your duties will include monitoring SQL servers, configuring email servers, managing DNS, and overseeing Google Workspace.

1. Cloud Infrastructure Management: Maintain and manage SaaS product infrastructure hosted on AWS, Cloudflare, and Google Firebase, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.
2. Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor system performance, application logs, and resource usage to identify and address potential issues. Optimize infrastructure for cost, performance, and resource utilization.
3. SQL Server Management: Monitor and manage SQL servers, ensuring performance optimization, data integrity, and reliability. Perform regular database backups and ensure data is secure.
4. Email Server Configuration: Configure and maintain email servers for the organization, ensuring proper setup and security measures, including spam filtering and access control.
5. DNS Management: Manage DNS settings and configurations for the organization, including domain names, records, and routing, ensuring proper connectivity and performance.
6. Google Workspace Management: Administer and manage Google Workspace, including user accounts, permissions, and settings. Ensure security and compliance standards are maintained.
7. Deployment and Configuration: Manage the deployment of applications and services on AWS, Cloudflare, and Google Firebase. Configure and maintain server instances, storage, networking, and security settings.
8. Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security best practices across the cloud infrastructure, including firewalls, access control, encryption, and intrusion detection. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
9. Incident Management: Respond to system alerts, outages, and incidents promptly, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
10. Backup and Recovery: Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans to safeguard data and ensure continuity of service in the event of failure.
11. Automation and Scripting: Use automation tools and scripting languages to streamline administrative tasks, including provisioning, configuration management, and deployment.
12. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures. Generate reports on system performance, availability, and incidents.
13. Collaboration: Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications, services, and updates.
14. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in cloud technology and system administration. Identify opportunities to improve the infrastructure and implement innovative solutions.

1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a System Administrator or Cloud Engineer.
2. Cloud Platforms Expertise: Strong knowledge of AWS, Cloudflare, and Google Firebase, including services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, Cloudflare WAF/CDN, Cloudflare Workers, and Firebase Functions.
3. SQL Server Management: Experience with SQL server monitoring, optimization, and maintenance.
4. Email Server Configuration: Familiarity with setting up and maintaining email servers, including security and access control measures.
5. DNS Management: Knowledge of DNS configuration and management.
6. Google Workspace Management: Experience managing Google Workspace, including user accounts, permissions, and settings.
7. Security Best Practices: Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments, including identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and network security.
8. Automation and Scripting: Experience with automation tools and scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
9. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
10. Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and provide clear documentation.
11. Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and maintaining accurate documentation.
12. Certification: Relevant certifications in AWS are a plus.
