We are seeking a Senior Director of Quality Operations to join our team at Inflow Partnership. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to drive quality excellence in our organization.

This senior leadership position will be based in Lisbon, Portugal and report directly to our Senior Vice President of Quality. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing quality operations across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

• Develop and implement quality strategies to drive continuous improvement and excellence
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives and goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks and opportunities
• Manage change management initiatives to ensure seamless implementation of new systems and processes

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience in quality operations (QA & QC) with a strong track record of success
• Excellent team management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Experience working with change management and systems development projects
• Prior pharmaceutical industry experience and fluency in Portuguese is essential
