A leading global energy management company is seeking a Zone Channel Marketing & Program Manager. This role focuses on designing and executing channel initiatives that accelerate the channel business. Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, collaborating with partners, leading channel programs, and fostering customer engagement. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing and 5-8 years' experience in channel sales or marketing, preferably in the IT sector, alongside excellent communication and analytical skills.

Schneider Electric is seeking a Zone Channel Marketing & Program Manager to lead the design and execution of impactful channel initiatives across our international zone. This role is pivotal in accelerating Secure Power’s channel business by enabling partners, enhancing customer satisfaction, and increasing market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement channel marketing strategies and enablement programs aligned with sales objectives.
  • Drive marketing to and through partners: Distributors, VARs, System Integrators, MSPs, E‑tailers, and Retailers.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Marketing to create compelling content and campaigns.
  • Lead the deployment and localization of the Secure Power Partner Program across countries.
  • Define and refine partner profiles to support growth and future‑proof capabilities.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop partners through tailored training and enablement.
  • Manage and execute:
    • Digital Channel Marketing
    • Contra Revenue Management
    • MDF/Rebate Optimization
    • Channel Agency Coordination
    • E-commerce Conversion Programs
    • Regional Channel Events
    • Partner Sales Enablement (certifications, seminars, trainings)
    • Strategic Alliances (e.g., Dell, HPE, Cisco)
    • Partner and customer testimonials
  • Volume and quality of testimonials
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Commerce
  • 5–8 years of experience in Channel Sales and/or Marketing (preferably in IT)
  • Proven success in channel sales support and demand generation
  • Strong knowledge of digital channel marketing and partner ecosystems
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English
