Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve live Workday issues.
• Gather and document business requirements and functional designs.
• Perform data analysis and regression testing.
• Act as Workday configuration SME (Business Processes, EIBs, security).
• Maintain knowledge base and response catalog.
• Independently manage Workday Cloud Connect for Benefits (CCB) and Workday Studio integrations, including payroll and end‑to‑end support.

Must Have Skills

• 5+ years of Workday functional / techno‑functional experience
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM configuration and business processes
• Hands‑on exposure to CCB and Workday Studio integrations
• Experience in payroll support and production issue resolution
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
