Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Workday Finance enhancements
• Produce detailed requirements documents and support the implementation and testing of enhancements in Workday Financials

• Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements within the financial ERP system

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related professional qualification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Senior Project Manager with a focus on Workday Financials
• Strong understanding of Workday Financials modules, including General Ledger and Accounts Payable
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and frameworks
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of core insurance financial concepts
• Experience with project management and business analysis tools, including Smartsheets
