A leading automotive parts manufacturer in Betim is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee logistics operations. The successful candidate will lead a team of approximately 30 employees and focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in leadership roles in Operational Logistics, preferably in multinational companies. Advanced English and knowledge of WCM are required. This is a full-time position.

Qualificações

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership roles within Operational Logistics.
  • Preferably experience in the automotive aftermarket/auto parts sector.
  • Knowledge of WCM (World Class Manufacturing).

Responsabilidades

  • Manage receiving, production line supply, and shipping processes.
  • Monitor performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvement actions.
  • Ensure FIFO, traceability, and inventory accuracy.

Job Description

Warehouse, Distribution & Transportation Coordinator

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to lead logistics operations in an industrial environment, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, people management, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead an operational team of approximately 30 employees, including warehouse, receiving, shipping, and production line supply;
  • Manage receiving, production line supply, and shipping processes;
  • Monitor performance through KPIs, driving continuous improvement actions;
  • Ensure FIFO, traceability, and inventory accuracy;
  • Plan logistics resources to support future demands and new projects;
  • Conduct physical process and ERP audits, using cycle counts as a control tool.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields;
  • Advanced English;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership roles within Operational Logistics, preferably in the automotive aftermarket/auto parts sector and in multinational companies;
  • Knowledge of WCM (World Class Manufacturing).
