Seeking a creative UX / UI Designer to drive customer‑centric design solutions based on the ServiceNow platform.

The Cloud People, a growing ServiceNow Lifecycle Partner in Europe, the US, and Brazil, is looking for a UX / UI designer to join our team in Brazil and work on global projects.

Responsibilities

• Improve the look and feel of the user interfaces leveraging ServiceNow technology.
• Create overall concepts for the user experience within the product, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and easy for customers and employees to understand.
• Design the aesthetics to be implemented within solutions developed by The Cloud People.
• Prepare research & design strategy for customer case.
• Ad hoc UX / UI advisory.
• Prepare and conduct workshops with customers.
• Conduct research and analyze findings.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in UX / UI design.
• Proficient with Figma, Miro.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces.
• Experience in collaborating with development teams.
• Experience creating Information Architecture, Personas, User flows.
• Advanced problem‑solving skills and the ability to optimize data for the best possible outcome.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently.
• Professional written and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, written and oral.
• Continued education and research into UX / UI trends and current design strategy and technology.
• Nice‑to‑have: Experience with ServiceNow.

Location: The Cloud People, Sao Paulo (Brazil) – Hybrid and remote status.
