An online education service seeks a dedicated professional to support tutor applicants and manage tutoring sessions in a remote position. You will handle duties such as onboarding, scheduling, and inventory management while ensuring quality tutoring matches for students. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. A commitment of 40 hours a week is mandatory, including evenings and weekends.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

  • Support Tutor Applicants and Tutor Onboarding activities.
  • Add new courses to digital inventory.
  • Manage course participants, cancellations, and credits.
  • Match students with tutors for one-on-one instruction.
  • Schedule meeting links for courses when necessary.

Conhecimentos

Level B2 English proficiency
Experience with data entry and fulfillment processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills

Formação académica

Bachelor's degree or professional experience in relevant fields

Responsibilities
  • Support Tutor Applicants and Tutor Onboarding - Update our Digital Inventory of Institutional Sessions and Courses - Conduct data entry, registration, and enrollment activities for school district accounts
  • Add new courses to digital inventory and providing ongoing maintenance of this inventory
  • Set up sessions in catalog based on client (school system or parent) or course requirements following checklists and documented processes
  • Assign Tutors to Tutoring Sessions
  • Match students with experts for one‑on‑one instruction and classes, following document processes and checklists
  • Support Institutional and Course Schedule Changes
  • Partner with parents to identify and assess students' needs to implement the appropriate tutoring support
  • Audit tutoring sessions to determine compliance with individual school requirements
  • Manage course participants, cancellations, and credits
  • Schedule meeting links for courses when necessary
  • Other work as directed
Qualifications
  • Level B2 English proficiency
  • Experience with data entry and fulfillment processes (catalog or account updates, inventory management, scheduling)
  • Experience with Google documents
  • Professional experience in recruiting, education, customer service, retail, or another fast‑paced environment preferred or a bachelor's degree
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Comfortable performing all job responsibilities on a laptop or computer
  • Able to perform basic technical troubleshooting with work equipment
  • Highly adaptable to change and thrives in a fast‑paced environment
  • Self‑starter with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment where priorities change quickly.
  • Willingness and ability to quickly learn business practices, policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work full‑time 40 hours a week, with at least 1 evening and 1 weekend day required based on available shifts (shifts to be adjusted seasonally based on demand if needed).
  • Operating day is from 8:00am - 8:00pm CDT.
  • High‑speed Internet access (25 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload) via wired ethernet connection; no Wi‑Fi, Satellite or Cellular Hotspot or Cellular Internet
  • A quiet work environment that promotes focus
