A global healthcare company based in São Paulo is seeking a Total Rewards Senior Partner and Project Manager to support Latin America. This role involves serving as the primary contact for Argentina and Chile, managing rewards programs aligned with global strategies, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and have experience in Total Rewards, project management, and excellent command of English and Spanish. This position includes the possibility of business trips to Argentina and Chile.

Qualificações

  • Experience managing rewards in high inflation countries.
  • Technical knowledge in salary tables and job structures.
  • Knowledge of mobility, recognition programs, pension funds, and executive packages is a plus.

The Position

This position is based in São Paulo / SP with some business trips to Argentina and Chile.

As a Total Rewards Senior Partner and Project Manager you will support Chile and Argentina with design and delivery of all the key rewards programmes in alignment with the Global Renumeration Strategy and will report into the Head of Total Rewards for the LATAM countries.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the single point of contact for Argentina and Chile and support and represent the Centre of Excellence (CoE) of the geography.
  • Support the annual compensation review, annual Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) enrolment and Sales Incentives (SI) of the geography as well as roll out of global Total Rewards tools and projects.
  • Deliver total rewards insights to relevant stakeholders to facilitate strategic discussions and decisions on reward-related matters.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders: Global Rewards team, Total Rewards Managers / Network, senior management teams, local HR teams, GBS and vendors.
Qualifications
  • Hold a bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in Total Rewards activities.
  • Technical knowledge in salary table and job structures.
  • Excellent command over English and Spanish.
  • Experience managing rewards in high inflation countries.
  • Experience with Project Management.
  • Knowledge of mobility, recognition programs, pension funds, executive packages, compensation methodologies and positions will be a plus.
