Position Overview

MSI Metro Sales Inc. is seeking an Employee‑Owner, Technology Sales Consultant to join our sales team in St. Cloud, MN.

Responsibilities
  • Develop prospects through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Work with a collaborative and motivated sales team.
  • Plan and implement new business strategies.
  • Create value through technology.
  • Provide technical business solutions.
  • Build strategic proposals and deliver presentations to C‑level executives and senior management.
  • Maintain existing customer base through ongoing assessment of needs in a changing technological landscape.
  • Meet monthly sales goals for hardware, document management software, printer fleet management, and professional services.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Act as a team player with a positive attitude and mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience working within a CRM.
  • Proven success in a competitive environment.
Minimum Qualifications
  • HS Diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • Reliable vehicle.
  • Minimum 1 year of recent outbound business‑to‑business (B2B) sales experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales.
