We’re hiring a deeply technical, AI-native Product Manager to lead core product verticals across the Search Atlas platform.
This is not a typical PM role.
You will:
- Architect the future of AI-powered SEO software
- Work directly with our Founder and VP of Engineering
- Coordinate across engineering pods (LLMs, crawling, backlinks, content, PPC, dashboards)
- Drive complex data, UX, and AI features from concept → spec → shipped
- Own end-to-end product execution
You must be comfortable working hands-on with SQL, AI prototyping tools, prompt design, and high-fidelity dashboards.
Responsibilities
Product Ownership (One Product Pod)
- Own the end-to-end vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for one major Search Atlas product area.
- Define and write clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
- Manage epics, issues, sprints, and release workflows inside GitLab.
- Lead your pod’s agile ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, grooming, and retros.
AI-Driven Analysis & Insight Development
- Analyze large SEO and performance datasets using SQL and Python.
- Build structured prompts and evaluation frameworks for LLM-generated insights (Groq, Claude, ChatGPT).
- Validate AI outputs for accuracy, reliability, and evidence-backed reasoning.
UX & Product Design Collaboration
- Transform complex ranking, backlink, entity, and technical data into intuitive, insight-dense interfaces.
- Produce high-fidelity dashboard and component mockups using Figma, Figma Make, or Lovable.
- Optimize information hierarchy and cross-channel storytelling across Site Metrics, OTTO SEO, BrandVault, and related modules.
Quality, Testing & Iteration
- QA every feature in staging to ensure functionality, UX coherence, and data integrity.
- Identify and surface usability issues early; propose and test improvements.
- Drive rapid iteration cycles, ensuring fast shipping without sacrificing quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years as a Technical or AI Product Manager in software/SaaS
- Strong SQL skills (comfortable writing complex queries)
- Strong AI / LLM familiarity (prompting, evaluation, scaffolding, agent behaviors)
- Ability to prototype using AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.)
- Hands-on comfort with Python for data analysis & scripting
- Strong Figma / Figma Make design capability
- Experience writing detailed PRDs, test cases, and specs
- Deep comfort with engineering workflows (Git/GitLab, sprints, branches, CI/CD)
- Exceptional written communication, Operates with speed, clarity, and ownership
Bonus Points
- Experience building or working with AI agents
- Experience with Cursor, Claude Code, or agent frameworks
- Understanding of SEO platforms, search data, or LLM visibility
- Experience with Retool, Mixpanel, or other analytics tools
- Background in UX, QA, or data engineering
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: $5,500 – $6,500 USD per month (depending on experience and location)
- Benefits: 15 Days Paid Time Off + Christmas Day + New Year’s Day Paid Off
- This position is paid in USD, which is approximately R$29,500–R$35,000 BRL depending on the current exchange rate. The BRL equivalent may vary over time due to currency fluctuations, as all compensation is issued in USD.
