A growing SEO software company is seeking a Technical Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate has over 4 years of experience in in-house recruitment, particularly in Engineering and Product roles, and excels in a fast-paced environment. This is a fully remote position, offering a salary of $1,500-$2,100 per month based on location and experience, along with additional paid time off and benefits.

As we continue to scale, we are looking for a versatile and self-sufficient Technical Recruiter to help us propel our growth.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing offers
  • Execute sourcing strategies using a mix of outbound, inbound, and referral pipelines
  • Deliver strong candidate experience and clear communication throughout the process
  • Maintain structured, well-documented hiring processes in collaboration with the Recruitment Manager
Requirements
  • 4+ years of in-house recruitment experience across Engineering and Product
  • Proven success hiring in fast-paced, agile environments (BPO experience not applicable)
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptionally organized with a focus on process and follow-through
Salary & Benefits
  • $1,500-$2,100 per month/depending on location and skills/experience
  • 15 Days Paid Time Off + Christmas Day + New Year’s Day Paid Off
