A progressive recruitment agency is looking for a driven Tech Recruiter to source and manage candidates for Technical roles. This fully remote position offers a base salary of USD 2,500-3,000 per month plus uncapped commissions, with top performers earning an additional USD 2,000-3,000. You will leverage modern recruiting tools and work towards aggressive hiring targets. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in high-volume recruiting and exceptional communication skills.

Qualificações

  • Proven experience in high-volume Technical recruiting is required.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously is essential.

What you'll do

Source, screen and engage top-tier candidates for Technical roles (mostly Full Stack Python Developers)

Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer, with high volumes of roles and opportunities .

Use best-in-class tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, JuiceBox etc.) to drive sourcing, outreach and candidate engagement.

Work to aggressive hiring targets; the harder you work, the more you earn (UNCAPPED commissions!)

Maintain recruiting metrics, track performance and continuously improve sourcing and conversion rates.

What we're looking for

Excellent English communication skills

Proven experience in high-volume Technical recruiting

Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms and modern recruiting tech stack.

Ability to manage multiple roles, pipelines and priorities simultaneously.
