What you'll do:
  • Provide servant leadership and mentorship to cross‑functional agile teams delivering technology solutions
  • Identify and remove any impediments/distractions that interfere with the team’s ability to deliver against their commitments
  • Scope Management
  • Change Management
  • Strong stakeholder management and resource allocation capabilities
  • Maintain the product roadmap aligned between Engineering and Product
  • Raise, manage, and monitor risk mitigation plans
  • Implement, generate, and govern project metrics and KPIs to track team performance, delivery velocity, and quality outcomes; continuously refine measurement frameworks to drive data‑driven improvements
  • Challenge and enable the team to continuously improve through intentional Lean and data driven inspect and adapt cycles (retrospectives)
  • Follow technical releases, escalating problems to the leadership Be constantly challenged to create world‑class solutions
What you'll need:
  • University degree in computing‑related fields such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Systems Analysis and Development is preferred but not required (MBA/Master's is a plus)
  • Advanced communication skills in English (written and spoken)Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
  • Proven experience with Agile projects and project management methodologies
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic and time sensitive work environment
