Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI / ML solutions .
• Collaborate with business and engineering teams to define and prioritize AI projects.
• Drive rapid proof-of-concept development for AI initiatives.
• Mentor your team and foster continuous learning.

• Research and design new solutions and complex architectures.

If You Have :

• Proven experience in technical leadership roles.
• Strong Python proficiency.
• Hands‑on experience in applied ML, AI, and GenAI projects.
• Experience with LLMs.
• Practical knowledge of microservices.
• Experience with monitoring applications in production and code versioning (Git).
• Advanced English.
• Excellent communication, proactivity, and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with Scrum or Agile.
• Required tools : Python, Docker, SQL, Git, Cloud (AWS, OCI, Azure, or GCP).

It's a Plus If You Have :

• Experience with traditional software development or MLOps.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Diffusers) or AI Agents.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
