K+S Brasileira in Sao Paulo (Brazil) is looking for a Technical Comercial Supervisor, starting in December 2025 or January 2025:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Train distributor commercial teams to ensure strong product knowledge and effective sales techniques.
  • Monitor and support distributor performance to align with company goals and regional strategies.
  • Conduct sales activities either through distributors or directly via K+S Brasileira, depending on the business model.
  • Promote the K+S Brasileira brand and its premium product lines to strengthen market presence and customer loyalty.
  • Gather and report market insights from the region to support strategic planning and decision-making allocation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support the development and adaptation of new products for the local market.
  • Represent K+S Brasileira at technical and promotional events to enhance visibility and build relationships with key stakeholders.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Enthusiasm to work in a global leading fertilizer producing company.
  • Degree in agronomy.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the fertilizer market.
  • Strong agrobusiness background.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills, empathy, and a passion for networking.
  • English is desirable intermediate level.
  • Mandatory to live in Alto Paraiba Region – Minas Gerais State.
