What You’ll Do

• Gather and document functional and technical requirements with technology teams, business areas, and clients, identifying specific needs related to APIs
• Develop and detail requirement documentation, integrations, and operational flows
• Collaborate with technical teams during system development to clarify questions and adjust specifications
• Create test scripts and evidence, focusing on functional, technical, volume, and performance tests to ensure delivery quality
• Ensure interoperability with trading platforms, back-office systems, and regulatory compliance
• Manage the backlog of projects and incidents
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving issues related to implemented systems

What You Bring

• Experience in the financial sector with custody, funds, assets, and liabilities
• Experience with system development, especially APIs
• Proficiency in writing queries in Oracle and SQL Server
• Degree in Information Technology, Economics, Financial Markets, or related field
• Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking) – Mandatory
• Strong organization and prioritization of activities
• Ownership mindset of the systems under your responsibility
• Ability to perform well in a dynamic environment with multiple demands
• Negotiation skills with stakeholders such as users, clients, and partners

Nice to Have

• Experience with financial custody systems such as TOTVS/YMF/Dimensa or Megara
• Advanced knowledge in systems analysis and documentation (UML, BPMN)
• Familiarity with software factory concepts and financial integrations (FIX, SWIFT)
• CPA-20 or CEA certification
