About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team and support international recruitment projects. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in fast‑paced, multicultural environments.

You will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes across multiple roles, collaborating with international stakeholders, and ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting
• Identify and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and proactive sourcing
• Conduct interviews in Portuguese, English, and Arabic
• Coordinate with international hiring managers and project stakeholders
• Evaluate candidates' technical and soft skills based on role requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation and recruitment reports
• Support employer branding and talent pipeline development

Requirements

• Native‑level Portuguese and fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
• Experience recruiting for international or multicultural environments
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills
• Comfortable working remotely and independently

Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting for international markets
• Background in tech, digital, or professional services recruitment
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or ATS platforms
