THE ROLE

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst JR to provide efficient and flexible administrative support to the recruitment process. The HR Analyst responsibilities include providing administrative assistance to our recruiting team and maintaining databases with candidate information. You will help keep our hiring process smooth and ensure we recruit and retain high‑performing personnel.

ABOUT YOU
  • From 1‑3 years of experience as Talent Acquisition Analyst
  • Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular)
  • Experience using different recruitment sources (Indeed, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn, University platforms, etc.)
  • Take initiative and work independently
  • Always willing to learn
  • Build and maintain partnerships
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Must be detail‑oriented and customer‑focused team player with excellent organisational and follow‑up skills
  • Advanced English level is a must
  • Conversational Spanish is a must
WHAT YOU WILL DO :
  • Understand the requirements of each client and each vacancy to support the recruitment process
  • Support the sourcing process that includes posting job openings on various job boards, headhunting, use of social networks, filtering of CVs and contact with candidates
  • Support the full‑cycle recruiting process (interviews, technical exams, presentation, onboarding)
  • Maintain a complete record of interviews
